We charge a flat subscription fee for access to our software. We offer monthly and annual plans starting at $39 per month.  If you are using Voicepanel with a research panel, you are responsible for recruiting costs & incentive payments as with your chosen panel provider.

We do not charge a fee per seat. However, our Starter plan is capped at 3 seats and our Business plan is capped at 10 seats. If you require more than 10 seats, please contact us about our Enterprise plans.

Starter plans are limited to 25 completes per month (300 per year) and Business plans are limited to 200 completes per month (2400 per year). If you exceed the limit you'll be charged overage fees of $3 per complete. With our Enterprise plans you can run unlimited surveys with our software.

Credits allow you to pay for recruiting & incentive fees directly in Voicepanel with our built-in recruiting system. Credits are optional and aren't needed if you are using Voicepanel with your on customers or your own third-party panel. For our built-in recruiting system, we offer competitive rates of $4 per B2C recruit or $6 per B2B recruit.

We customize our Enterprise agreements based on your specific businesses requirements, including expected volume, seats, API access, and any custom integration work required.
